**Toothsi **provides customized at-home smile makeover solutions by utilizing revolutionary Clear Aligner technology to make teeth straightening hassle-free and affordable. The smile makeover champion, toothsi, is a part of AMPA Orthodontics, a series B funded fast growing startup with presence in 13 Indian cities and spreading rapidly within India and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities -**

Provide Video consultation to customers
Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions
Explain the treatment process, highlighting the benefits
Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology
Sell our clear aligner system to patients
Provide best-in-class customer experience to toothsi customers
Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients
Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- BDS/MDS Qualification
- Great communication skills and ability to pitch the product to prospective customers
- Quick learner and eager to learn new things.
- Customer centric mind set and keen on providing solutions to customers
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
