**BPO Customer Support Executive**

**Work Location** - Mohali, Sector 82

**Shift**- Night Shifts

**Work Schedule -**5 Days working and 2 week offs

**(Experience person needed at least 1 year with experience letter)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effective communication via mail/chat/voice
- Assist digital team with online campaigns.
- Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
- Provide real-time support
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Customer-centric attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
