**About the job**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our HubSpot strategies, contributing to enhanced lead lifecycle management and driving engagement.

**Responsibilities & duties**
- Strategize, implement, and optimize integrated lead generation (top of the funnel) campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase sales pipeline
- Implement HubSpot automation, refining workflows to enhance the efficiency of the sales and marketing processes
- Set up deal stages and pipelines within the HubSpot CRM and strategically Measure and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
- Create, execute and manage ABM campaigns. Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to define the ABM strategy and build relevant programs and nurturing processes
- Strategize, build and execute integrated event campaigns that will create new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities
- Define and track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for all marketing programs
- Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster

**The Skills and Qualifications You Bring**:

- 3 -5 years of experience in the HubSpot CRM and/or Demand Generation role
- B2B marketing in US experience (customer experience is a plus);
- Proven experience with campaign creation and execution across multiple channels;
- Knowledge and experience of MarTech stack and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo);
- Knowledge of the demand funnel and B2B lead management best practices;
- Must be detail-oriented, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Complete understanding of inbound marketing and sales processes
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
