We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Helper Chef to join our team at a bustling café in Mumbai. The Helper Chef will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. This is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the culinary industry to gain valuable experience.

**Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic food items under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen supervisor.

**Assistance in Cooking**: Support the chefs during the cooking process by performing tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and other basic cooking activities.

**Kitchen Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment.

**Stock Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Notify the supervisor when stock levels are low.

**Dishwashing**: Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchenware. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met.

**Food Presentation**: Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the café's quality and aesthetic standards.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely preparation of orders.

**Training**: Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities with on-the-job training.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum SSC passed. Hotel Management freshers are welcomed

**Experience**: Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
