**Job Summary**

The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team by performing routine tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen organization. This role ensures the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the timely preparation of high-quality food.

**Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation**
- Assist in basic food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Prepare and portion ingredients as directed by the chef or kitchen staff.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

**Kitchen Maintenance**
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling as per regulations.
- Monitor and restock supplies, including utensils, cleaning materials, and ingredients.

**Team Support**
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Follow instructions to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**Compliance**
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.

- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
