
Customer Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1) Understand client needs, develop and deliver products to address customer requirements, seek
feedback from clients on services provided, constantly monitor and review quality benchmarks / norms
to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
2) Propose new concepts, collections and products to customers.
3) Coordinate with design dept. for new R&D. Research work and make presentation on trends, looks and
sourcing for new sample line development.
4) Create effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales and collection targets
5) Continuous need identification and presenting of relevant business proposals in coordination with Sales
team to increase share of Available / Existing Business.
6) Making Excel sheets for pricing and manage contracts, invoicing, billing and collections.
7) Collaborate with all relevant units (production, diamond departments, design, accounts) for
streamlining and monitoring the management of all orders.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent follow up skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
