**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle accounting entries in **Tally**.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management.

**Required Skills**:

- Good knowledge of **MS Word & Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Proficient in **Tally ERP**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Experience**: 1-3 years (Manufacturing background preferred)
**Education**: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
**Salary**: As per industry standard
