*Location:* Swaroop Nagar Kanpur

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns in the field, building relationships with customers and partners, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Execute field marketing campaigns, events, and activations to drive brand awareness and sales

2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners

3. Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies

4. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

5. Manage and optimize field marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets

6. Develop and maintain promotional materials, displays, and point-of-sale materials

7. Provide regular reporting and insights on field marketing activities and sales performance

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related role

3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to travel frequently (up to 70%)

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with event management and execution

2. Knowledge of sales promotion and trade marketing

3. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
