**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and strategic **Marketing Professional** to drive our marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and increase market share for our hydro power equipment products. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop insights that inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
- **Brand Development**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and credibility in the hydro power industry.
- Create messaging and marketing materials that clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
- **Lead Generation & Campaign Management**:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, and events) to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
- **Product Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to develop effective marketing materials and product launch strategies.
- Promote new product offerings and features to existing and potential clients.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, stakeholders, and key customers in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- **Content Creation & Digital Marketing**:

- Oversee the development of content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the renewable energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with hydro power industry trends and technologies is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in the energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or other content creation tools.
- Knowledge of trade publications and media outlets in the energy sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
