Shipping handling/planning
- Produce/pass invoices
- Manages Shipping Paperwork
- Work towards meeting custom demands
- Verification of posted communications for distributors using the internal network
- Review, prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations laws and procedures
- Assisting team members with special projects as needed (mailings, meeting preparation)
- Coordinate with overseas operational team and sales offices to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare monthly or weekly reports and send pre-alerts overseas for customer
- Follow up on customers’ complaints and feedback

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
