**Qualification**:
**Profile required**:
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Well organized - effective filing and management of documents such as employment agreements and personal data
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an exciting work environment, especially during team activities and events.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Time & priority management
- Adaptability to manage Unpredictable circumstances.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and loyalty towards work.
- Effective problem-Solving skills
- Adequate software skills with proficiency in excel will be preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining employee attendance, leaves, check in/ check out, break timings etc.
- Petty cash management & monthly accounting
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
- Assist in Organizing team building activities like outing, monthly dinner, festival celebrations and all activities associated with the same.
- Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary & process expense reports
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Purchase and maintain inventory for office, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Perform basic Admin related activities on a day-to-day basis.
- If required travel to Ahmedabad office.
- Support to HR with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
**Additional guidelines**:
- Working Hours: UK Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (two Saturdays)
- No Indian holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,207.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
