**Job Designation**: Sales Executive (Fresher or up to 3 months of experience)
**Qualification**: Minimum 10th pass or higher
**Job Location**: All over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
**Job Role**:
- **Merchant Visits**: Re-engage inactive merchants to use PayTM QR codes and other services.
- **Installations**: Ensure timely installation of PayTM sound boxes in shops and guide merchants through the process.
- **Product Selling**: Promote PayTM loan services, health insurance, shop insurance, and EDC machines to merchants.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- A bike with a valid license and Android phone are mandatory.
- Clear communication and an ability to explain PayTM’s services effectively.
**CTC and Benefits**:
- For cities: ₹2,52,000 annually (₹16,200 after deductions)
- For rural areas: ₹1,87,000 annually (₹13,500 after deductions)
- **Incentives**: Performance-based with potential earnings of up to ₹1,44,000 annually
**Interview Process**: Online or in-person, depending on the location.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
