Main Responsibilities:
Ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advice and tools to optimize performance.
- Ensuring internal finance control and processes are maintained and followed in accordance with the statutory practices.
- Standard cost (PK) calculation and upload, Variance analysis monthly, Support in profitability, Support in profitability, Variance analysis monthly
- Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals
- Cost Centre/ Product wise Profitability Reporting & Monitoring
- CWIP Analysis & CAPEX Monitoring
- Analysis of Net Working Capital (improving DIP, Obsolete Slow moving etc.)
- Conduct and communicate financial analysis and reporting with relevant stakeholders to increase awareness leading to relevant actions and comments (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)
- Inventory Aging & analysis

Country Finance Statutory, Internal & Group Audits
- Ensuring timely submission of data and Analysis for Group Audit, Hard close
- Responsible for Cost Audit Compliances
- Driving improvements related to internal Audit observations.

Coordination with Corporate Finance
- Validating and monitoring various cost allocations
- Conducting Physical verification of Fixed Assets (once in a year) and stock take (once in a year)
- Follow up with the finance to ensure the cost are properly allocated among profit center

Experience and required competencies:

- Minimum 03-07 Years of relevant experience, SAP exposure is required

Education
- CA /CMA/ Inter CA /Inter CMA/MBA (Finance)
