Job Description: Audit Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

- **1. Control Register and Document Verification**:

- Verify control registers and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

**2. Statutory Payments and Returns**:

- Monitor and ensure timely compliance with statutory payments and returns.

**3. Stock Verification**:

- Conduct random stock verifications to maintain inventory accuracy.

**4. Cash Verification**:

- Perform periodic cash verifications to ensure financial integrity.

**5. Quarterly Compliance Certificates**:

- Obtain quarterly compliance certificates from divisions, presenting them before the Board for review.

**6. Adherence to Audit Calendar**:

- Conduct audits in accordance with the predetermined audit calendar.

**7. Technical Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in TALLY/ERP and Excel for efficient data analysis and reporting.

**8. Analytical Skills**:

- Possess the ability to analyze various documents critically and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

**9. Location Flexibility**:

- Willingness to travel between different company locations as per predetermined schedules.

**10. Supervisory Consideration**:

- Individuals with more experience may be considered for a Supervisor position.

**11. Long-Term Commitment**:

- This is a permanent position with an expected association of five years.

**12. Preference for Proximity**:
