Job Title: Banquets Sales Executive
Department: Banquets/Sales
Reports to: Assistant Manager/Manager - Banquets
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and solicit new business opportunities for banquets, meetings, and events
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase hotel facilities and services
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
- Coordinate with catering, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in banquets sales, catering, or hospitality sales
- Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Frequent travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences
- May require overtime, evenings, and weekends
