**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing progress.
- Provide support for clients dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges.
- Travel to various locations as required to conduct therapy sessions and assessments.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in urgent psychological cases.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Educate clients on mental health issues, coping strategies, and wellness practices.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in psychology and mental health treatment.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of the work.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling Psychology).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different locations within Pune and possibly beyond, as required by the role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Empathetic and client-centered approach to therapy and counseling.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a variety of settings, including corporate, clinical, or community-based environments.
- Familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and mental health challenges specific to urban and rural settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and travel efficiently.
