**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using the provided script or talking points.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, listen to their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services.

**Product Knowledge**: Have a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads or prospects and gather relevant information for follow-up by sales or marketing teams.

**Sales Conversion**: Work to convert potential leads into sales by explaining product benefits and assisting with the sales process when required.

**Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record and maintain call logs, customer information, and call outcomes in the company's database or CRM system.

**Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets as set by the organization.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
