**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate **records of yarn stock** (receipts, issues, balance).
- Monitor **stock levels** and initiate orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Implement **FIFO (First In, First Out)** method for yarn issuance.

2. **Receiving Yarn**
- Inspect incoming yarn deliveries for **quality, quantity**, and **specification**.
- Cross-check delivery challans with **purchase orders** and **goods received notes**.
- Label and store yarn in designated storage areas properly.

3. **Yarn Issuance**
- Issue yarn to **production departments** (weaving/knitting/knitting prep) as per daily requirements.
- Maintain **issue slips** and get acknowledgements from departments.

4. **Record Keeping**
- Update **stock registers**, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
- Maintain **bin cards** or computerized records for each type of yarn.
- Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports**.

5. **Storage & Handling**
- Ensure proper **storage conditions** to protect yarn from moisture, pests, and contamination.
- Use proper **material handling equipment** (pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.).
- Organize yarns by **count, lot number, color, or type**.

6. **Coordination**
- Work closely with the **purchase department**, **production team**, and **quality control**.
- Report discrepancies or quality issues to relevant departments.

7. **Compliance & Safety**
- Follow all **company policies**, **safety guidelines**, and **auditing requirements**.
- Participate in **stock audits** and help resolve variances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
