Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing goods.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory is stored in an organized and accessible manner.

2. Receiving and Dispatching:

- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of delivered goods.
- Prepare and dispatch orders according to schedule.
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

3. Stock Handling:

- Label, categorize, and store items in designated areas.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Handle fragile and perishable items with care.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain updated records of all stock movements and inventory-related documents.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.

5. Compliance and Safety:

- Adhere to safety and health regulations in the storage area.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

6. Coordination:

- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Work with transport and logistics teams for efficient delivery and receipt of goods.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (if required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of safety and storage best practices.
