**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Payment & Purchasing Entry**: Accurately enter payment and purchase transactions in Tally software

**2.** **Stock Management**: Manage stock entries and track inventory records, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and reporting

**3.** **Excel Report Management**: Handle the creation and maintenance of detailed reports in Excel, providing insights on stock levels and purchasing

**4.** **Data Entry**: Perform high-volume data entry tasks in Excel, ensuring timely and accurate information for analysis

**5.** **Workflow Automation**: Automate repetitive tasks in Excel using advanced functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

**6.** **Assist in Routine Accounting Tasks**: Provide support in various accounting functions and reconcile data as needed

**Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- **B. Com Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Tally and Excel
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in pivot tables, and knowledge of key Excel functions such as lookups, INDEX, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
- Strong understanding of Tally and its functionalities for accounting and stock management
- Basic knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus for automating processes and tasks
- Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all data entries and financial reports
- Proactive approach to improving workflows and automating repetitive tasks
