**Project Title**:
Odoo Multi-App Departmental Implementation (Sales, R&D, Production, Dispatch, HRM, Accounts & Access Management)

**Objective**

The goal is to establish a **streamlined, role-based Odoo environment** where each department works within a tailored interface and has access only to relevant data, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and data security across the organization.

**Core Requirements**

Departmental Apps to be Created
- **R&D App**:

- Receive requests from Sales via Helpdesk
- Maintain sample evaluation logs
- Create **draft BOMs** (not released to production)
- Generate **sample and shipping labels**:

- Submit BOMs for Admin approval
- **Sales App**:

- Manage leads, opportunities, and CRM contacts
- Prepare quotations and sales orders
- Submit Helpdesk requests for new product samples or modifications
- Access **Product Library** (no BOM access)
- Display **customer-specific pricing**:

- Receive alerts when a custom BOM is linked
- Track customer feedback and sample performance
- **Production & QA App**:

- View only **approved manufacturing orders**:

- Record **batch-wise production and QA logs**:

- Generate and print **COA**, **Product Specs**, and **MSDS reports**:

- Link batch records to COA and label templates
- Restrict modifications to BOM or CRM data
- **Dispatch App**:

- View and process Sales & Shopify Orders
- Print **packing slips** and **shipping labels**:

- Update courier and tracking details
- Maintain dispatch logs
- Restrict visibility of CRM and customer details
- Handle special packing notes via Sales linkage
- **HRM App**:

- Employee master data management
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Role and access assignment synchronization with departments
- Employee activity logs linked to respective department workflows
- Document management (offer letters, appraisals, compliance certificates)
- **Accounts App**:

- Manage invoices, bills, and payments
- Integrate with Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Auto-generate invoice on order confirmation
- Enable approval workflows for expense claims and vendor payments
- Dashboard for financial insights (sales, collections, expenses)

**Access Management & Integration**
- Implement **role-based menus, record rules, and field-level access**:

- Configure **centralized customer master** (accessible but editable only via CRM)
- Automate **label printing** (Sample, Shipping, Product, Batch) using QZ Tray or PDF
- Integrate **Shopify → Odoo Sales Orders**:

- Link **Helpdesk → Product / Label / Ticket workflow**:

- Handle **BOM approval and versioning** through R&D → Admin
- Setup **lead assignment** from Shopify/Amazon based on customer rules

**Deliverables**
- Functional prototype on a **test Odoo instance**:

- Documented **workflows per department**:

- **Role-based access matrix** (users, permissions, views)
- Deployment-ready **modular app set** (in.zip or Git repository format)
- Post-deployment support (optional / negotiable)

**Preferred Skills**
- Odoo 2 or 5 experience
- Odoo Studio and Python customization
- QWeb report and label design (COA, Packing Slip, MSDS)
- Workflow automation and record rule configuration
- Knowledge of manufacturing, QA, and dispatch processes
