About Launch Ventures Launch Ventures is a niche award-winning technology company that co-creates products with industry partners who bring valuable expertise in the domain for which the product is intended We are working with a range of startups to Fortune 500 companies Some of our early products have achieved global scale and attracted investments from the likes of Google We work in web mobile IoT Blockchain Cloud and AI ML based applications and have worked across multiple industry domains financial services media e-commerce and more We care deeply about the products we build and the software craftsmanship that goes into making them This has been our mission and passion to take software products from concept to scale maturely and responsibly We don t just write code we Launch Ventures Position Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Location Work From Hyderabad Office We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 3 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience The ideal candidate will be proficient in Odoo customization Python development business process mapping and cloud deployment This role requires a blend of functional understanding and technical execution with strong communication and problem-solving abilities If you are passionate about building powerful ERP solutions customizing Odoo to real business needs and working on modern cloud-backed implementations we d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand functional processes and translate them into system workflows Customize configure and extend Odoo modules to meet business and industry-specific needs Develop automation scripts and backend logic using Python and the Odoo framework Manage and support cloud-based ERP deployments AWS Azure GCP or Odoo sh ensuring scalability and reliability Provide user training technical documentation and functional guides for seamless onboarding Work with internal developers and external vendors for API integrations custom modules and performance optimizations Diagnose issues analyze root causes and provide solutions for continuous system improvement Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering and operations Required Skills Qualifications 3 years of experience in full-cycle ODOO ERP implementation Strong knowledge of Odoo framework Python scripting and Odoo module customization Prior experience in Product Management Business Development entrepreneur environment is must Experience in cloud infrastructure AWS Azure or Google Cloud Odoo sh for ERP hosting Solid understanding of business processes across multiple domains such as finance supply chain HR and CRM Proficiency in SQL PostgreSQL and API integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation abilities Ability to lead teams manage multiple projects and work independently Preferred Qualifications Odoo certification or any major ERP certification Experience with DevOps practices CI CD and cloud automation Knowledge of JavaScript XML and UI customization within Odoo You should certainly apply if Understanding of Runbot principles Odoo sh CI pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure Familiarity with prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback RLHF Experience building real-time applications powered by Generative AI Knowledge of distributed systems scalable architectures and event-driven design
