K**ey Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging graphics, promotional creatives, and animations for marketing campaigns.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop visually appealing ad creatives and social media posts optimized for audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with branding and campaign objectives.
- Optimize video content with SEO-friendly titles, captions, hashtags, and strong CTAs.
- Manage ad creatives for paid social media campaigns and analyze ad performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, design best practices, and platform-specific video formats.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.
- **Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.**:

- Ad Management: Experience in creating and optimizing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Deadline-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
