**Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Develop engaging reels, carousels, gifs, and other multimedia content to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual content.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure fresh and relevant creative output.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all design assets.
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of brand aesthetics.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant tools.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proven experience in creating reels, carousels, gifs, and other multimedia content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and design best practices.
