**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase patient referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to present information about Meher Hospital's specialties, services, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key medical professionals.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to enhance hospital visibility.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Meher Hospital's facilities, services, and any new developments.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from the medical community and report it to the management.
- Maintain detailed records of visits, contacts, and activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the hospital's marketing and administrative teams.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and healthcare industry trends.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and hospital policies.


**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar role.**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
