**Position Overview**:
The Principal of Uttaranchal Dental College is a key leadership position responsible for the overall administration, academic integrity, and strategic direction of the institution. The Principal will ensure the delivery of high-quality education and foster an environment conducive to learning, research, and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement academic programs and curricular in accordance with regulatory standards and industry trends.
- Oversee faculty performance and support their professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes student success and well-being.
- Implement programs that address the diverse needs of students and facilitate their academic and professional growth.
- Represent the college at professional conferences and community events to enhance its visibility and reputation.
- Develop and implement policies for crisis management and conflict resolution within the college community.
- Address disciplinary issues fairly and consistently while ensuring a safe environment for all.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in any specialization
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in dental education, with at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Proven track record of academic and administrative excellence.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with current trends in dental education and healthcare.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
