**Location**: UDMRI Dental College, Dehradun

**Experience Required**:2-3 years (preferably in hostel/educational institutions)

**Job Summary**:
The Female Warden will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, discipline, safety, and well-being of female students residing in the college hostel. She will oversee hostel administration, maintain order, and create a homely, secure, and conducive environment for academic and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hostel Administration**:

- Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and maintain discipline among residents.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Maintain attendance records and daily registers of hostel inmates.

**Student Welfare & Safety**:

- Act as the first point of contact for female students regarding their issues, grievances, or emergencies.
- Ensure safety, security, and a positive environment for all residents.
- Monitor students’ health and coordinate with the college medical staff if required.

**Discipline & Guidance**:

- Handle disciplinary issues with fairness and confidentiality.
- Counsel and guide students to maintain a harmonious living atmosphere.
- Foster a culture of mutual respect and cooperation.

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for hostel upkeep.
- Report regularly to the Principal/Administrative Officer regarding hostel affairs.
- Maintain records related to hostel inventory, complaints, and incidents.

**Eligibility & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a warden/assistant warden in a hostel, preferably in a college/institutional setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with responsibility and calmness.
- Should be disciplined, approachable, empathetic, and a role model for students.

**Employment Terms**:

- Type: Full-time, residential (mandatory to stay in hostel accommodation).
- Hostel accommodation and meals will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,314.52 per month
