**Designation - Creative Content Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pitching story ideas, organizing scripts for social media, assisting the anchor in the delivery of the content by suggesting the correct direction for the shoot, and creative ideas, etc in order to make the video look unique.
- Assist the respective stakeholder in all the stages of a video development by suggesting animations, texts, images, and motion graphics to make the video visually appealing.
- To get involved in all the 3 stages of video development i.e - Pre Production, Production, and Post Production.
- Communicates requirements for each video component to cross-functional team, and ensures final content achieves approved content plan.
- Extend editing and production support to the team.
- Exhibits curiosity and learning agility to discover and understand market and customer requirements
- Perform extensive research for creating financial content and ensuring content compliance of various platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to attract audiences and engage them.
- Stay updated with current trends on social media and its best practices.

**Other Requirements**:

- Experience in social media and content research.
- Decent knowledge of social analytics tools and growth hacking techniques.
- Creative mindset - ability to express ideas creatively and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
- Positive and Can-do attitude.
- Being tapped into current trends, and the latest communication techniques is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹320,000.00 per year
