Proficient in English - both writing and Speaking.

Can add questions on our website - so someone who is proficient in typing will be preferable.

Can check the mails with queries of users and can sort them out based on the department they belong to.

Can also do testing of mobile app for PTE - so someone who knows about PTE is a plus.

Most importantly someone who is capable of handling some issues on his/her own as in can see first if the issue can be fixed by a simple google search or if someone needs to intervene.

**Requirements and skills**:
Typing speed and accuracy.

Smart and committed to work.

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation/Excellent content creation and writing skills.

Attention to detail.

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi task.

**Other Details**:
Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Mode of Work : Work From Office.

Location : Jalandhar

CTC : Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month.
