**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and storyboard video content ideas that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Produce high-quality video content from start to finish, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and content calendars for video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production, editing techniques, and digital marketing.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors (if necessary) to coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rentals.
- Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging video formats and technologies (e.g., live streaming, 360-degree videos, VR/AR) to explore innovative ways to engage audiences.
- Manage video assets and maintain an organized library for easy access and reuse in future projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation, preferably in a marketing or digital media role.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Knowledge of video shooting techniques, lighting, sound recording, and equipment operation.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in visual composition, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution channels.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and content creation experience is required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
