About the job

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze and post journals every month and weekend
- Invoice coding in Zoho books for travel expenses and suppliers’ invoices
- Assisting in the processing payroll and reviewing weekly client payment runs
- Assist with the calculation, posting, and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring that all items are accurately captured and accounted for.
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete preparation/posting of journals at the accounts month-end close
- Help investigate and report anomalies arising from accounts preparation with your line manager and other Management Accountants in the Finance team.
- Assist with the production of monthly financial statements and reports. Liaising with Finance and other colleagues as part of the preparation process
- Supporting the team with the development of solutions to continuously improve and deliver efficiencies in meeting ongoing reporting requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
