**About Favcy**

**About the role**
The Investment Advisor is responsible for the acquisition, nurturing, and conversion of angel investors to drive equity deals for our ventures. They will leverage their knowledge of the investment landscape, coupled with their analytical and networking abilities, to grow our community of angel investors and manage the relationship from prospect to investor.

**Job Location** - On-site, South Delhi

**Salary Range (Probation Period 3 Months)**
- INR 25,000-30,000 per month + Incentives

**Salary Range (Post-Probation Period)**
- INR 40,000-50,000 per month + Incentives

**Responsibilities**
- 1. Investor Acquisition:_
- Identify and reach out to potential angel investors.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract high-potential investors to our ventures.
- 2. Investor Engagement:_
- Build and manage investor communities, organizing networking events, webinars, and informational sessions.
- Ensure continuous communication and updates to our investor network, creating a sense of belonging and involvement.
- 3. Investor Conversion:_
- Present equity deal opportunities to potential investors.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling investment pitches and materials.
- Track and analyze investor engagement and conversion metrics.
- 4. Continuous Learning:_
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in the angel investment landscape.
- Collaborate with industry peers to exchange insights and best practices.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in investment advisory, financial services, or a related role. Sales Experience is preferred.
- Strong network in the investment community.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keen on being in the Sales and Advisory profile.
- Ability to analyze and present investment opportunities effectively.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
