**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Design and deliver engaging lessons to improve students' spoken English skills.
- Use innovative methods and materials to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct activities that encourage interactive and practical use of English.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Assess students' language abilities through regular tests and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their learning goals.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop or adapt curriculum materials to suit the needs of the learners.
- Ensure lessons cover pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage participation through group discussions, role-plays, and debates.
- Foster a supportive learning environment to build students' confidence.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching methods and language trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in teaching spoken English (minimum [X] years).
- Experience working with diverse age groups or backgrounds is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching.
- Ability to use technology and multimedia tools for teaching.
