**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures in **English grammar, literature, spoken English, and writing skills**.
- Design lesson plans, classroom exercises, and assessments as per curriculum standards.
- Conduct **interactive sessions**, group discussions, debates, and language labs to enhance fluency.
- Provide **individual feedback** to students to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and articulation.
- Prepare students for **competitive exams, public speaking, interviews, and presentations**.
- Maintain **classroom discipline** and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Track and record students’ progress and submit timely reports.
- Organize **workshops, language activities, and contests** to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum development and improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **English, Literature, Linguistics, or Education**.
- Certification in **TESOL / TEFL / CELTA** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven teaching experience in schools, colleges, or coaching institutes.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English communication**.
- Strong knowledge of **grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary**.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to use audio-visual tools and modern teaching aids.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
