**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet and Driver Management**: You'll be at the helm of our fleet and drivers, ensuring that operations run like a well-oiled machine. This includes vehicle assignments, driver schedules, and overall fleet maintenance.
- **Document Management**: Keeping things organised and accurate is crucial. You'll be in charge of maintaining documents and records, making sure everything is in order.
- **Tracking and Monitoring**: Utilising GPS tracking, you'll keep a watchful eye on vehicular movements, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- **Driver Training**: Interview, train, and educate our drivers. We believe in nurturing talent to provide the best service.
- **Transport System Planning**: Devise and execute plans to optimise our transport system, making it efficient and cost-effective.
- **Fuel Management**: Keep track of refuelling for our vehicles, ensuring they're always ready to roll.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships, both internally and externally.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Preferably, you have at least 1 year of experience in fleet and operations management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong observation and analysing skills to make data-driven decisions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships within and outside the organisation.
- **Customer-Centric**: A commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to take ownership of customer needs.
- **Decision-Making**: Capable of making sound decisions, even under pressure.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Pay: ₹9,251.96 - ₹35,632.82 per month
