**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize strong sales skills to convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain self-motivation to achieve set targets
- Generate new referrals from existing students
- Convert existing students to higher courses (upgrades)
- Follow up daily on inquiries, admissions, and fee collection

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in IT knowledge
- Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi

**Education and Experience**:

- Any graduate between the age of 23-35 years with 2-3 years of experience as a counselor
- Strong communication skills required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
