**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice & Accent Coach. The Voice & Accent Coach will be responsible for coaching, enhancing, and adapting soft skills of the employees.

The coach will work with a diverse group of people, including people with strong and moderate proficiency in spoken English language. The coach should be able to diagnose and analyse their client’s speech to determine any pronunciation or accent issues they may have.

**—**

Additionally, the coach will need to respond positively and clearly to the needs of clients, creating an engaging and effective learning environment to improve their English language skills.

**—**

A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of Subject Verb Agreement rules, Tenses, pronunciation, spellings, and vocabulary is required to train associates.

**—**

Training Needs Identification and Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Quartile Management.

**—**

Monitoring and controlling quality and operations.

**—**

Timely SOP and process flow creation/updating, facilitate other ad hoc process documentation and conducting audits.

**—**

Address issues arising out of day-to-day working which may have a bearing on team performance.

**—**

Train a team of associates and impart knowledge that impact soft skills, language or behaviours defined by client.

**—**

A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents.

**—**

Auditing calls of the agents of the account aligned, using the pre-defined grading sheet.

Ability to design and deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions.

Self-confidence coupled with the ability to infuse confidence in others.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

Experience in V&A Coaching and soft skills

Experience in ITES desired

**—**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**—**

Experience in training and teaching English speaking skills in a corporate environment

**—**

Demonstrated experience in making individuals comfortable and relaxed when training

**—**

Experience in working effectively with a diverse group of learners

**—**

Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

**EDUCATION**:
Any Bachelors/ master’s degree. A degree or diploma in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is a plus
