We are looking for a **Communication Trainer** to enhance the **verbal and written communication skills** of employees in a **US-based call center**. The role involves **training agents in American accent, grammar, pronunciation, customer handling, and cultural sensitivity** to improve customer interactions and overall performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Voice & Accent Training**: Conduct sessions on **American accent, pronunciation, intonation, and speech clarity**.
**Customer Interaction Coaching**: Improve **soft skills, active listening, empathy, and customer engagement**.
**New Hire & Refresher Training**: Deliver training programs for **new joiners and experienced agents** to enhance communication effectiveness.
**Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate employees through **mock calls, speech analysis, role-plays, and feedback sessions**.
**Performance Enhancement**: Collaborate with **quality & operations teams** to address communication gaps and drive improvement.
**Content Development**: Create and update **training materials, practice exercises, and speech drills**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Bachelor’s degree** (preferred) with **4+ years of experience in a US call center (BPO)**.
✔ Strong expertise in **American accent training, phonetics, and voice coaching**.
✔ Understanding of **US culture, customer expectations, and business communication**.
✔ Knowledge of **soft skills, active listening, and conflict resolution**.
✔ Experience in **developing engaging training programs**.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
