We are looking for a results-driven **SEO & Paid Marketing Executive** to boost our online presence and drive quality leads. You'll be responsible for improving our search engine rankings through SEO while managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and social media platforms. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves data, enjoys creative problem-solving, and wants to see direct impact from their marketing efforts.

In this position, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop integrated search strategies that combine the best of organic and paid marketing to maximize our digital reach and conversion rates.

What You'll Do

**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**
- Improve website ranking on Google through keyword research and content optimization
- Fix technical website issues that hurt search performance
- Build quality backlinks to increase website authority
- Track and report on organic search traffic growth

**Paid Advertising (PPC)**
- Create and manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages
- Control ad budgets and maximize return on investment
- Test different ads to find what works best

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Use Google Analytics to track website and campaign performance
- Create monthly reports showing results and recommendations
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends

What You Need

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, or PPC

**Required Skills**:

- **SEO Tools**: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
- **PPC Platforms**: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- **Basic Tech**: HTML basics, WordPress, Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills

**Nice to Have**
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Social media marketing knowledge
