We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at U&I. As a Video Editor for our social impact youth brand, you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand's mission. Working closely with our creative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, including campaign videos, promotional content, social media posts, and website videos.Key Responsibilities:

- Editing and assembling raw footage into polished video projects that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
- Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional content.
- Incorporating graphic elements, text overlays, and animations to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of video content.
- Selecting appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the mood and tone of each video project.
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content, including colour grading, typography, and branding elements.
- Optimizing videos for various platforms, including social media channels and our website, to maximize audience engagement and reach.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our video content.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality video assets.
- Managing and organizing video files, project assets, and archives to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a video editor is a plus but not mandatory, an internship/training experience is also great.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic designing and website design skills is a plus.
- Understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Solid grasp of storytelling principles and the ability to craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling.
- Creative flair and attention to detail, with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging video content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Passion for social impact initiatives and a commitment to using video as a tool for positive change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
