Passionate about learning Guest Services Operations? As an Intern at The Postcard Hotel, in the Front Office, you will learn and explore multiple verticals of guest services to understand operational flow of work.

What you will be doing:
- Assist in completing daily tasks of Front office operations.
- Take care of guest requests as per the SOP’s
- Liaise with different departments to ensure the highest standard of the brand SOPs are being followed.
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything related to hospitality.
- Zeal to learn is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Handling Guests requests/complaints and resolve it in the best manner.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.78 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
