**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide detailed information about our Panchgavya Ayurvedic products.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
- Process orders, track inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and contribute to service improvements.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
- _Diploma or Certification in Ayurveda/Panchgavya Therapy_
- _BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) (if applicable)_
- _Any Ayurveda or herbal healthcare-related course_
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to explain Ayurvedic products clearly and effectively.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi is required; English is not mandatory but will be an advantage.

**Job Structure**:

- **First Week**: Commission-based earnings.
- **Post-Evaluation**: Based on performance, a fixed salary or continued commission-based structure will be decided.
