**Associate - Customer Success Growth (CSG)**

**Position**: Associate - CSG
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Location**: Bhopal

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations and support negotiations to close deals.
- Manage and achieve individual as well as team targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle CRM tools for lead management and operational activities.
- Contribute to pipeline creation, documentation, and strategy planning.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiator, collaborator, and deal closer.
- Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets.
- Strong understanding of competitor products and services.
- Proficient in handling CRM tools for lead management and operations.
- Business Development, Market Research, Strategy Planning, Pipeline Creation & Documentation.
- Relationship-building mindset with client-centric focus.

**Technical Skills**:

- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Advanced).
- Salesforce CRM, LeadSquared CRM, Insightly CRM.
- Upwork, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of online research tools and prospecting databases.
- Ability to analyze CRM dashboards and generate performance reports.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in client success, business development, or sales support.
