**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Monitor and track key financial metrics such as costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Perform variance analysis and report discrepancies to management.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.
- Provide input on cost management strategies and ensure that financial targets are met.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:

- Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue payments from customers or vendors.
- Assist in managing cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
- **Compliance and Financial Controls**:

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and corporate governance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documents and information.
- Support the internal control processes to minimize financial risks.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing, data entry, and preparing financial documents.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure that financial records are organized and up-to-date.
- Handle correspondence with vendors, customers, and other internal teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Cloud & Tally is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in the automobile industry is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,415.56 - ₹37,786.58 per month
