**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Dubai Gulf market and Canada to introduce and promote our products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to accurately and persuasively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Data Management**: Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration.
