**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Domestic Callers in our BPO department. As a Domestic Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers within Nagpur District, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or product/service-related issues.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys as required.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, navigating websites, or using products/services effectively.
- Educate customers about product features, promotions, and offers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer information, including contact details and service requests, to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare reports summarizing call volume, issues raised, and resolutions provided for management review.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to established quality standards and call center procedures to meet performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions to continuously improve call handling skills and customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work together to achieve team targets and goals, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required language(s)] with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
