TELE CALLER JOB POSTING

**Telecaller (Night Shift)**

This role involves promotional activities and engaging with US clients to handle backoffice and communication work with patients in US.

**Employment Type**:
Contractual (Minimum 2 years)

**Work Mode**:
Remote

6PM IST - 5AM IST

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to US clients for handling questions from patients

Communicate product/service details and generate interest.

Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling client interactions.

Record and update client information in the database.

Meet daily/weekly targets as set by the management.

**Requirements**:
1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, backoffice, or customer support.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Prior experience dealing with international clients (preferably US).

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in BPO, telemarketing, or sales.

Familiarity with CRM tools and call management software.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20.81 - ₹25.07 per hour

Schedule:
