**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing, and filing writ petitions in various courts.
- Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions on matters related to writ petitions.
- Representing the firm and clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborating with the legal team to strategize and plan litigation cases.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in drafting legal opinions, contracts, agreements, and sale deeds, as needed.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Enrolled under the Bar Council of India and a valid license to practice law.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Advocate, with a proven track record in drafting and filing writ petitions.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience or exposure in indirect taxation matters is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

**Salary**: ₹215,884.73 - ₹870,994.66 per year
