We are seeking a passionate and experienced English and Soft Skills Trainer to join our dynamic team. Primis connect 2 wisdom is Private limited company dealing with Skill educational service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Design and deliver engaging English language and soft skills training programs.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia resources.
- Integrate current trends and best practices in English language education and soft skills training.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and tailor training approaches based on individual needs.
- **Skill Development**:

- Focus on key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises, group discussions, and real-life simulations to reinforce learning.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in English language teaching and soft skills training.
- Gather participant feedback to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.
- Engage with external stakeholders to understand training needs and expectations.

**Qualification**:

- Completed English specialisation (CELTA/DELTA/Foreign Language Cert./B.A./M.A. in English ).
- English C1 or C2 proficiency.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in teaching/tutoring English.
- Passion for English, strong language skills, and patience.
- Basic computer literacy, Excel knowledge, and familiarity with Google tools.

**Language Known**: English, Kannada and Malayalam( Preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
