**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct voice-based business verification calls in Hindi
- Accurately verify business information and document outcomes
- Ensure high levels of quality and compliance
- Meet daily and weekly targets
- Maintain professional communication standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **Hindi** (mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts and weekly offs**:

- Immediate joiners are **highly preferred**:

- Prior experience in voice process (preferred but not mandatory)
